By engaging Pocket Videos, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These outline how we work, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. If you have any questions, get in touch via info@pocketvideos.com.au.
Pocket Videos provides video editing services based on raw footage supplied by the client. Each video may include:
Videos in our standard packages are typically capped at 60 seconds and are delivered in one format unless agreed otherwise. Up to two rounds of revisions are included per video. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.
Once a video is approved by the client, no further changes will be made without incurring additional fees.
Pocket Videos does not provide copywriting or scriptwriting services. Clients are responsible for supplying all written content. We can assist with voiceovers using AI software where required.
To ensure timely delivery:
If you don’t send any content during a billing month, those videos expire. No rollover, refund or credit applies.
Pocket Videos is not responsible for poor outcomes resulting from low-quality or unusable footage submitted by the client. We reserve the right to reject content that cannot be edited to a professional standard.
If you renew your subscription the following month, leftover videos from the previous month may be edited subject to capacity. They will not be added on top of the new month’s package.
Each video includes two rounds of revisions. This covers minor changes like captions, timing, or sound tweaks.
Revisions include small changes to text, transitions, music, or timing. Major structural changes, re-edits, or requests requiring new footage are not included.
The client is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any music, audio or assets included in their submitted content. Pocket Videos is not liable for takedown requests or copyright disputes resulting from unauthorised media
Typical turnaround time is 1–2 business days per video once content is received. Delivery may vary based on volume and complexity.
If you don’t use all your videos within the month, they expire.
If Pocket Videos fails to deliver any content due to internal delays or errors, a credit may be applied to the following month’s package at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered in exceptional cases.
If payment is not received:
You can cancel anytime by notifying us via email.
We typically don’t pause or defer subscriptions. If you cancel and return later, you may need to sign up again.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting Pocket Videos constitutes a breach of these Terms. Services will be terminated immediately, and any reinstatement will require repayment of disputed amounts and resolution of all outstanding fees.
Both parties agree to keep all private information, footage, and communication confidential.
If you have a concern, reach out first — we’ll always try to resolve things quickly and fairly.
Billing disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the charge by emailing info@pocketvideos.com.au. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in permanent termination of your service and recovery of associated fees.
You retain ownership of all footage you submit. We retain rights to the editing process, templates, and proprietary tools we use.
Once the final video is delivered and approved, full rights to the edited version transfer to you.
To the extent permitted by law, Pocket Videos is not liable for any indirect loss, loss of income, reputation, or opportunity caused by using our service.
If we are found liable for any reason, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous month.
